Rules & Principles
The objective
Each coach declares a six-week revenue and client goal. Ten appointments make one client — including a "no for now," because a real conversation happened. The table wins when every coach reaches their own declared goal.
A turn — four steps
- Draw a Way Card and read it aloud.
- Choose your response and draw the matching card.
- Take consistent right action, pay the Time cost, resolve the outcome.
- Reflect & commit — what you noticed, and one real action for the week.
The six responses
- Take a courageous step — Draw a Courage Card · +2 Courage · −1 Time
- Deepen love for your niche — Draw a Love Card · +2 Love
- Ask the group / tap Abundance — Draw an Abundance Card · +2 Abundance, +1 Trust
- Use HOW (Honest · Open · Willing) — Draw a HOW Card · +2 Trust
- Identify the WIN (What's Important Now) — Draw a WIN Card · +2 Time
- Release a nonessential activity — Discard a Not-To-Do card · +2 Time, +1 Trust
The five right actions
- Request a referral (1 Time) — 55% appointment · 30% opportunity · 15% no-for-now
- Direct outreach (2 Time) — 40% opportunity · 25% appointment · 20% no-for-now · 15% obstacle
- Networking conversation (2 Time) — 35% opportunity · 25% lesson · 20% appointment · 20% no-for-now
- Seek a speaking opportunity (3 Time) — 45% opportunity · 20% two appointments · 20% obstacle · 15% no-for-now
- Publish useful writing (1 Time) — 60% lesson · 25% opportunity · 15% no-for-now
The Abundance Circle
At the end of every round, the coach whose seat matches the round number presents their biggest obstacle. Every other coach may contribute once per model:
- Coaching Rotational (coach / coachee / observer)
- Co-Coaching (two coach the third)
- Share your Generation Plan of Action
- Empathy, Compassion & BOLD Action
- Improv — "Yes, And..." solutions-focused
- Role Play a do-over
- Get UNstuck: leverage HOW and WIN
The six weeks
- Week 1 · Courage — Feel the fear and move anyway
- Week 2 · Love — Connect with who you are called to serve
- Week 3 · Abundance — Move from scarcity to sufficiency
- Week 4 · Prosperity — Establish sustainable daily practice
- Week 5 · Progress — Learn from setbacks, release perfection
- Week 6 · Coachonomics — A financially sustainable practice
Twelve core principles
- We are responsible for our efforts, not our results.
- Consistent right action leads to the outcomes we seek.
- Failure is our greatest teacher. Rather than fearing failure, we willingly seek it out.
- Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
- Love is the foundation of everything we do. There is no higher frequency than love.
- Abundance frees us from the tyranny of scarcity and teaches us sufficiency.
- The core four of any business are: Niche, Offer, Generate, and Convert.
- Converting is WHEN a prospective client is ready. Don't take rejection personally.
- HOW is the question and the answer: Honest, Open, and Willing.
- Focus on What's Important Now? That's the WINning strategy.
- Expectations are premeditated resentments. Let go of all your expectations.
- A sustainable coaching business is effortless.
